Sports and Yoga
Great Importance is given to developing a healthy life style. Physical fitness is one of the most important elements of leading a healthy life. Physical education promotes the importance of inclusion of a regular fitness activity. this helps the student to maintain their fitness, develop their muscular strength and etc. The school has a spacious ground which is utilized for football, volleyball, badminton, kabaddi, cricket , athletics and other outdoor activities.
The tradition of “Yoga” initiated by the ancient of his followed in school to perpetrate the ‘sanskars’ of our school. Yoga helps children see the beauty and light within themselves. There by boosting their self-confidence allowing them to feel more comfortable. We organized a Yoga seminar every year to promote it. We conduct special yoga classes for students.
